I have been asked to act as representative for the Guild Equlibrium in this matter. This being said, I shall continue with the charges held against Crimson Permanent Assurance and its affiliates:
Multiple violations of sense crimes
Acquiring and keeping items that are in violation of EC-10
Ceasing your intervals of Prozium

You shall be brought in for processing by any means necessary.

The Grammaton Cleric shall safeguard the continuity of this great society.
In ingame chat you can now access guild rooms across servers, meaning you can keep a single window for chat, while switching servers.

It is imperative that as many as possible uses the chat, else it will not have any impact for anyone, least for newbies trying to get into the community,

An ardent message to the guild Ancient Wisdom (AW)

We at the Crimson Permanent Assurance understand the wish to enjoy the full profitability of a unique socio-war asset (Tavern of Fellowship), while also realizing the value of the same for ourselves.

It would appear you have a valiant watchdog who wishes to give you your unique tavern back.

Grammaton Cleric [#320] placed a substantial amount of funding upon the CFO of the Crimson Permanent Assurance, and seeks to be audited for tax evasion for misappropriated funding.

Is he a child entity of Ancient Wisdom? If so, speak up and we might reach an agreement that would leave you free of any financial scrutiny by the Crimson Permanent Assurance, and also free you of any future audits.

If not, we of the Crimson Permanent Assurance only ask that you of Ancient Wisdom abstain from interfering with the in-depth audit of Equilibrium, as this is a private financial matter between two entities to come to a mutually satisfying financial agreement.

Thank you for your time.

Mante
CFO of the Crimson Permanent Assurance

__________________________________________________________________________
OOC: I only ask one thing: if Equilibrium is a freelance branch of Ancient Wisdom, then let's talk. If they have no affiliation with you, then I ask that Ancient Wisdom stay out of this guild war between two one mage guilds, no matter how beneficial it would be for you to have your unique wonder back.

Thanks,
Mante

Audit for improper distribution of funds by Equilibrium(FRE)

It has come to the attention of the Crimson Permanent Assurance there is a guild that is increasingly squandering the moneys the shareholders have given them for success. As such, we intend to complete a full Audit of their financials and recover the value of the moneys squandered, either by land assets, or by life.

You have been served public notice, and therefore should put your records in proper order. We will give Equilibrium (FRE) 24 hours to either get their affairs in order, so we can handle this expediently, and with due process. Any other actions could result into a full blown tax audit where all personal assets will be seized as well.

OORP: nice bounty on my head...are you working for AW? I look forward to a mage against mage battle in a war between two one man guilds

Re: Unit discussion: Mountain Rises

Well as to running them mono I would really need to take counter into account to see if it would be totaly idiotic
Without enough wings it would be stupid

As to posting the info here on the forum, I thought I'd give new players some 'solid' information and an example on how to think. With enough input from others we could exhaust the subject and maybe give new and experienced players fresh ideas and a better understanding of the game.

Hypothetically:
You have been feeling peevish the whole day. You log on and find that your arch-enemy within your grasp and out of protection.
-At last!, you roar.
You scout him and find that for some reason he is stacking Sand Worms/Mountain Rises. You decide you want to try and wipe the MR and hope to get at his hated level 22 Jester. Muahahaha!

Assume you are about equal. Now, what would your tactic be?

Re: Unit discussion: Mountain Rises

infobot agree with you on HP, and AP, etc...

resistances seem kind of lowish, and magic resistances are low, which could be good or bad.

They are more expensive than most units. Human, so not as easily boosted by red (though low magic resistances make them good candidate for hero boost). Their primary is there strongest, and it is pure physical. Physical is typically highly resisted.

Tip... if they are so good, why point it out on forum? Why not just try mono rises with detachable wings? Or just try to make an uber rises stack on your own. No need to point their awesomeness out to everyone

Re: Unit discussion: Mountain Rises

I beg to differ MRs Hp/Power ratio is higher than most coplexes. They are only beaten by HF,Wendigos and Dk in that respect.
In the end it's Power lost that counts. They may die in greater numbers but not greater power.

I don't like that explanation, give me another I'll see if I can make holes in it. When we are done I'll bring up another unit to the looking glass.

[edit]
I should add the numbers for the units you mentioned. (vs MS)
MF 14.9% vs 31.1%
Naga 17.1% vs 29.4%
Dk 8.0% vs 14.8%
[/edit]

Re: Plague of Doom Too Strong

"Spar, then TR devils are a joke now. I liked them more in the old days."

Agreed. I'm against 99% of the changes done to TR... Like no Over summoning, 30 minute delay on your mainmenu, status report etc, all of your menus have a 30 minute delay on them now so that people can dispel spells without being sniped while doing so (Although you can use 1 turn to force an update right away).

Re: Unit discussion: Mountain Rises

Summon Mountain Rises is a Complex spell, which by default makes Rises a complex unit.

Now compare their hit points to other complex units and see if you spot their weakness.
They have a lot worse hit points compared to almost all other complex units, excepting Treemen, but then look at Treemen and you see why people use them.

Rises are ok but Death Knights, Nagas even Mind Flayers, ETC, ETC. seem to do better
